Thammasat Faculty of Law and Revenue Department Sign MOU to Advance Tax Law Knowledge

The Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, and the Revenue Department jointly signed a Memorandum of Academic Cooperation to promote education, research, and the development of knowledge in the field of tax law. The signing was honored by executives from both institutions:

  • Associate Professor Dr. Supreeya Kaewla-iad, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University
  • Khun Jitra Nisanan, Tax Base Development Consultant (Highly Qualified Policy and Planning Analyst), Acting on Behalf of the Director-General of the Revenue Department

This collaboration aims to develop human resources and support academic knowledge exchange between the two institutions, with a focus on legal and tax issues relating to the digital economy and modern business models in order to align with the rapidly changing economic and social landscape.

ðŸ’Ą Concrete Initiative: Special Training Program

As a concrete initiative under this cooperation, both parties have jointly launched the training program "Advanced Transfer Pricing Training: Intra-Group Service Transactions and Practical Case Studies," featuring world-class speakers as well as transfer pricing experts from both the public and private sectors.
