Terms & Conditions
Turnaround Time
- Standard Documents (1-3 pages): 3-5 business days.
- Documents exceeding 3 pages: Additional 1 business day per page (e.g., 5 pages will approximately require 7 business days).
- Academic Works / Research Articles (10+ pages): 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the content.
Express Services
- Super Express (3 business days): Subject to a 50% surcharge on the estimated price.
- Express (5-7 business days): Subject to a proportional surcharge as determined by the Center.
- Commencement of Timeline: The processing time will officially begin upon receipt of the payment proof and final confirmation of the source document from the client.
Assessment & Acceptance of Work
- The Center will review the source document to evaluate the pricing and notify the client of the turnaround time prior to commencing the work.
- The Center reserves the right to reject any translation request that violates the law, copyright, or public morality, subject to the sole discretion of the Center's Director.
- The Center does not provide certification stamps for documents translated externally by third parties.
Payment Terms
- Full payment or a minimum deposit of 60% is required to commence the project, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the work.
- Once payment is processed and work has commenced, fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, the client will only receive the portion of the document that has been translated up to that point.
Revisions
- Requests for review or revision can be made within 7 days after delivery (free of charge, provided it remains within the original scope of work).
- Any subsequent modifications or additional information requested by the client will result in a re-evaluation of both cost and turnaround time.
Scope of Certification
- Certification by the Center: Certifies the linguistic accuracy of the translation only.
- Certification by an NSA Attorney: Certifies the signature or true copy verification, not the legal validity or substance of the original content.
Formatting Standards & Data Privacy
- Standard formatting on A4 paper (TH Sarabun New 16 or Times New Roman 12) with a 1.5 line spacing.
- Strict personal data protection and client confidentiality measures are enforced in accordance with professional codes of ethics.
